This is a genuine handmade Boucherouite rug, created in the High Atlas mountains in Morocco, it's unique and wonderfully extravagant in color and timeless in design.

A gorgeous example of a freestyle Berber composition showing abstract strings of female lozenges skillfully knotted with scraps of recycled textiles. Nicely finished with a flatweave band. The carpet is in good condition.

A statement piece for your home and an heirloom to be treasured and passed down through the ages.
